Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality and workmanship of all our products. The length of our guarantee depends on the individual item. Products determined to be defective will be replaced at no charge. If you are not satisfied with your Bulldog garden tools, you may return unused product in original condition within 45 days of purchase.

Prior to returning any product, please e-mail us with your name, order number and your reason for the return. Here is the address to send them to:

We will refund the amount you paid for the product as well as your freight costs. In addition we will include a return shipping allowance equal to our standard shipping rates. Credit will be refunded to the original credit card used for purchase.

Please note that it may take 2-3 weeks to process returns and apply the refund to your credit card.

If you would like to exchange items, please return the original product for a refund using the directions above, and re-order the product you would like.
